Request for Admission Application Fee Waiver

If you would like to request an application fee waiver for yourself or on behalf of a student, please provide the following information below. A Fort Lewis College representative will be in touch within 2 business days to confirm whether or not the request will be honored, or to request additional information. If granted, an application fee waiver code will be sent directly to the student email address provided.
