Honors Program Application
The Reed Honors Program is open to students of all majors and welcomes applications from students interested in joining a community of learners who seek opportunities to explore new ideas, deepen their knowledge, and build their futures.
Admission to the Reed Honors program is selective, but decisions are made holistically, meaning that application reviewers also take into consideration each student’s potential and expression of interest when considering their application to the Honors Program. The Reed Honors Council reviews information provided in the general application for admission to FLC along with the information provided on the Honors application.
Application Timeline
New cohorts of students are admitted to the Reed Honors Program at the beginning of each academic year, in the Fall semester. The application cycle opens early December and continues through May 1*. Decisions are made on a rolling basis. Current Fort Lewis students wishing to join the Honors Program are admitted on a rolling basis throughout the academic year.
For specific questions about your application please contact Candace Nadon, Honors Program Coordinator, at canadon@fortlewis.edu. Reed Honors Program Requirements
