2023 Fall FLC Equity Scholarship Application

At Fort Lewis College, we believe that diversity is the cornerstone of a strong and vibrant educational community. For us, a healthy and productive learning environment is one that is inclusive of people from communities that have been and are still underrepresented and underserved in higher education. It is also one that is equitable, ensuring that students from underrepresented groups have access to and can be successful in college. By countering the everyday and longstanding ways in which students from underrepresented and underserved groups experience racial and social injustice, we hope to make a difference in our students’ lives.

Accordingly, the FLC Colorado Equity Scholarship is intended to support equitable access to Fort Lewis College for Colorado residents from underrepresented and underserved communities with an $8,000 tuition scholarship, distributed in $2,000 increments over four years for degree-seeking undergraduates who maintain full-time status and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.0. This scholarship can be combined with other institutional aid.
